His expertise spans sales operations, partner relations, technology enablement, and data-driven strategy. Dale has built enduring relationships across all sectors of animal health, from independent practices to global manufacturers, and has a sharp eye for opportunities that drive profitability and market differentiation. He is currently an industry advisor and co-founder of Ascero Animal Health Advisory and serves as a founding member of VetBridge.

With over 45 years of experience in animal health, Ben has held numerous senior leadership roles, including Director of Sales, Integration Manager, Senior Director, VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development, VP of Strategic Planning, COO, and Board Member. Much of his career has been rooted in distribution, providing him with a deep understanding of the industry’s unique commercial and customer dynamics. As Senior Director of Strategy & Development for Veterinary Study Groups, Ben helped support more than 1,300 members across 1,700 hospitals and 50 Preferred Partners, gaining a firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities in pet healthcare. He also served as COO of Doppler Veterinary Networks, a pioneering group of hospitals focused on building collaborative networks. Today, Ben is an industry consultant and founding member of VetBridge, where he leverages decades of insight and relationships to help shape forward-looking commercial strategies.
