Proven expertise in guiding large sales teams, business operations, and strategies that drive growth and profitability. Highly skilled in team building, sales management, manufacturing partner negotiations, product/brand, technologies, and financial analytics. Experienced in dealing with complex issues and challenges with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.

Tom possesses a deep and historic understanding of the motivators, key drivers, and execution behaviors of manufacturing and distribution go-to-market strategies, including product/market introduction.

With over 45 years of experience in animal health, Ben has held numerous senior leadership roles, including Director of Sales, Integration Manager, Senior Director, VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development, VP of Strategic Planning, COO, and Board Member. Much of his career has been rooted in distribution, providing him with a deep understanding of the industry’s unique commercial and customer dynamics. As Senior Director of Strategy & Development for Veterinary Study Groups, Ben helped support more than 1,300 members across 1,700 hospitals and 50 Preferred Partners, gaining a firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities in pet healthcare. He also served as COO of Doppler Veterinary Networks, a pioneering group of hospitals focused on building collaborative networks. Today, Ben is an industry consultant and founding member of VetBridge, where he leverages decades of insight and relationships to help shape forward-looking commercial strategies.

One of his most notable achievements is the conceptualization and development of Think Anesthesia™, a pioneering effort using on-demand education-led sales in the veterinary industry that set an entirely new standard for delivering critical clinical concepts to animal health professionals. Daniel’s ability to seamlessly bridge clinical innovation with commercial execution has made him a rare and sought-after talent who consistently delivers results at every level of an organization. Complementing these accomplishments is a deep expertise in analytics that transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights – driving intelligent decisions, stronger growth, and sustained profitability.
